1. Who we are

Fitness Cheat Codes is a nutrition and training tracking application available at fitnesscheatcodes.app. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Not medical advice

The Service provides general information and self-tracking tools for fitness and nutrition. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Calorie ranges, training programs, and any suggestions shown in the Service are informational estimates derived from the data you provide. Consult a physician before beginning any diet or exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, or have any medical condition. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change subscription pricing on notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, re-host or redistribute content made available through the Service.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter, including weight, food, and training logs. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

7. Our content

Articles, programs, protocols, software and branding within the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own training and nutrition purposes only.

8. Third-party content and attributions

The Service incorporates content and data supplied by third parties. That content remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to the owner's terms in addition to these terms.

• Food and nutrition data is powered by the fatsecret Platform API. fatsecret and the fatsecret Platform API are trademarks of FatSecret. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party nutrition data.
• Exercise data and videos provided by MuscleWiki.com. The Service also integrates with MuscleWiki to provide exercise demonstration videos and instructional content.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.
