1. Information you give us

• Account details: email address and authentication identifiers.
• Profile and goal inputs: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal and pace.
• Logged data: weigh-ins, food entries, supplements, alcohol entries, workouts and cardio sessions.
• Preferences: units, theme, reminder schedule and email opt-in status.

2. Information collected automatically

We collect basic technical information necessary to operate the Service, such as request logs, device and browser type, and error diagnostics. We do not sell this information.

3. How we use your information

• To calculate and maintain your calorie window and training plan.
• To display your history, progress and recalibrations.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process subscription payments.
• To send transactional email and, if you opt in, content emails.
• To diagnose faults and improve the Service.

4. Health-related data

Body metrics, food logs and training logs are personal and can be sensitive. We use them only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with advertisers.

5. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with providers who operate parts of the Service on our behalf. These providers are bound to use the data only to deliver their service to us.

• Hosting, database and authentication infrastructure.
• Payment processing (card details are handled by the processor; we never receive full card numbers).
• Transactional and content email delivery.
• Food and nutrition data lookup via the fatsecret Platform API — search terms are sent to fatsecret to return results.
• Exercise demonstration content via MuscleWiki — demonstration media is loaded from the provider at view time.

6. Legal disclosure

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the Service.

7. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access and correct your profile, goal and logged data from within the app.
• Turn content emails off at any time from settings or the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Request a copy of your data, or request deletion, by contacting us.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and row-level access controls so that your records are only accessible to your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
